Interface CANopen <\/strong><\/p>

CANopen (Control Area Network) ist eine Schnittstelle, die die Zusammenarbeit verschiedener computergesteuerter Maschinen erm\u00f6glicht. Medizinische Ger\u00e4te, wie CT-Scanner, nutzen CANopen DP 425. Diese Schnittstelle sorgt f\u00fcr die \u00dcbertragung des Injektionsprofils (Volumen, Konzentration, F\u00f6rderrate usw.) und die synchronisierte Durchf\u00fchrung der Injektion (\u201eStart\u201c und \u201eStopp\u201c).<\/p>

Da CANopen herstellerspezifisch ist, verwendet jeder CT-Scanner-Hersteller (Siemens, GE, Philips) einen eigenen \u201eCANopen-Dialekt\u201c.<\/p>

MEDTRON bietet CANopen-Schnittstellen zu allen namhaften CT-Scanner-Herstellern an, z. B. Software-Option IDS<\/strong><\/p>

MEDTRONs neue Software-Option IDS (Injection Data Sharing), die auf dem DICOM-Standard basiert, verkn\u00fcpft den Injektionsreport mit den Patientendaten. \u00dcber IDS k\u00f6nnen Anwender:innen mittels des Injektors direkt auf die im RIS gespeicherte Modalit\u00e4ten-Arbeitsliste (Modality Worklist) zugreifen. Ist die Untersuchung abgeschlossen, wird der Injektionsreport (als DICOM-Datensatz) automatisch mit den zugeh\u00f6rigen Patientendaten verkn\u00fcpft und im PACS als Structured Report, Secondary Capture oder ePDF gespeichert. Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) <\/strong><\/p>

DICOM (dt.: Digitale Bildverarbeitung und Kommunikation in der Medizin) ist ein international anerkanntes, standardisiertes Daten-Format, um medizinische Bilder anzuzeigen, zu speichern, abzurufen und zu teilen. Ein DICOM-Datensatz enth\u00e4lt neben dem Bild zus\u00e4tzliche Meta-Informationen, wie Name, Alter und Geschlecht der Patientin bzw. des Patienten, Informationen \u00fcber die \u00e4rztliche Fachkraft, Ger\u00e4teparameter sowie Eigenschaften des medizinischen Bildes (Dateityp, Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Erstelldatum).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Radiologieinformationssystem (RIS)<\/strong>
Das RIS ist die zentrale Verwaltungs- und Dokumentations-Software in der Radiologie, angebunden an das IT-Netzwerk des Krankenhauses. Alle radiologischen Prozesse vom Erfassen der Patient:innen-Stammdaten, \u00fcber die Terminierung und Durchf\u00fchrung bis hin zur Auswertung und Befundung werden hier gesteuert.<\/p>

PACS verwaltet, verarbeitet und archiviert gesetzeskonform im IT-Netzwerk des Krankenhauses die von bildgebenden Ger\u00e4ten und Maschinen erzeugten und erfassten Bild- und Untersuchungsdaten. Die Daten werden im DICOM-Standard gespeichert und anschlie\u00dfend an den PACS-Server gesendet. Diese wichtige Sicherheitsfunktion unserer Injektionssteuerungssoftware stellt sicher, dass der Injektionsdruck \u2013 durch Anpassung der F\u00f6rderrate \u2013 den eingestellten Grenzwert nicht \u00fcbersteigt und die Untersuchung reibungslos durchgef\u00fchrt werden kann.<\/p>

Verbrauchsmaterialien, wie Spritzen, Schlauchsysteme oder Katheter haben eine begrenzte Druckfestigkeit. Der jeweilige Grenzwert wird bestimmt durch den maximal zul\u00e4ssigen Druck des Katheters gem\u00e4\u00df Herstellerangaben.<\/p>

Standardm\u00e4\u00dfig ist die Druckregelung an unseren Accutron\u00ae <\/sup><\/strong>Injektoren auf \u201eMaximum\u201c eingestellt. Die medizinische Fachkraft kann den Druck manuell reduzieren, wenn die Herstellervorgaben des Verbrauchsmaterials dies vorgeben.<\/p>
