With its secure whistleblower system, MEDTRON AG provides the opportunity to report violations of the law, legislation, internal guidelines and other regulations of MEDTRON AG (e.g. criminal offenses or data protection violations) under the strict protection of identity.

White-collar crime and other unlawful business practices are highly damaging to MEDTRON AG. Your information can help to uncover and prevent misconduct at an early stage and thus avert damage to MEDTRON AG and its employees.

Our internal whistleblower system serves to protect you when submitting information. Your identity is securely protected by the special procedure of the whistleblower platform. Incoming reports are received by an external, independent body and processed in strict confidentiality, so that you do not have to worry about negative consequences at your workplace.

Reports should be made to the best of your knowledge and belief, whereby the protection of your identity only extends as far as you yourself do not violate applicable law. You should therefore only report grievances if you have knowledge or reasonable suspicion that violations have occurred. If reports are submitted carelessly or knowingly incorrectly and unjustified accusations or allegations are made, the whistleblower must expect appropriate consequences.

We encourage our employees to contact their line manager or our reporting office in confidence if they become aware of compliance risks and breaches. This gives us the opportunity to resolve problems quickly and effectively.

Your information will be received and processed by independent persons bound to confidentiality and appropriate follow-up measures will then be taken.
